The Technical Knowledge Network is a solution to combat the loss of technical knowledge in the Fonterra operations teams. This platform has been successful and is used Fonterra wide.
My personal contribution:
• Worked with countless Fonterra employees taking into account their thoughts and ideas to help empathize and define the issue. This was essential order to create a successful outcome due to the diverse user groups.
• Designed and implemented a learning platform that addressed the needs of the user to combat the loss of Technical Knowledge in the Fonterra Operations Team.
• Was responsible for all design and implementation of the project.
• Designed around many different boundaries and challenges.
